MARIE SKŁODOWSKA-CURIE INDIVIDUAL FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION COURSE 2018 International experienced researcher (post doc) to join your research group for two years with MSCA IF funding? Answer is: Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship Application Course 2018

Update! Course has now been opened to everyone who are applying to work in JYU.

The  Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships (MSCA) application course is now open to all post-doctoral researcher who are applying individual or global fellowship (IF, GF) to work in JYU.

University of Jyväskylä (JYU) is searching for a top-class experienced researcher (ER, post-doctoral level) of any nationality interested in working at JYU and for this, preparing a collaborative Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships (MSCA IF) application with a supervising professor at JYU. The specific call is: EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon 2020 actions: Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships – European (MSCA-IF-2018-EF), deadline 12.9.2018.

JYU provides support in preparing the application and invites ER candidates to visit JYU: to attend an application course and meet the supervising professor in May, 2018. The JYU Research and Innovation Services (RIS) will assist the ER and the supervisor with the application, after the ER has found a committed supervisor from the University of Jyväskylä. The ER and the supervisor will write and design the research plan. RIS helps with the technicalities of the  application and provides writing tips.

To attend the course, send the application-form  to ris@jyu.fi, no later than 20th of April 2018.

The candidates are invited to meet their supervisor, to visit the research environment, and to attend the 2-day MSCA IF Application Course on 7th - 8th May 2018 at the JYU.

The initial course- programme is now available.

Earlier this year JYU’s Science Council was  providing funded-opportunity (to cover the travels and accomondation) to attend the course. The deadline for this has expired 15th of March and financial aid is no-longer available.
