Local computer support

The local computer support helps with problems on the University's computers. Local computer support locations are in Agora, Mattilanniemi, Ylistönrinne, Seminaarinmäki and Normaalikoulu.

Research support (SPSS)

Support on using SPSS and statistical analysis. You can also get guidance on storage of research data and on collecting data. You can stop by for help without reserving time.

On-call assistance

The on-call assistance receives reports on acute errors and faults in data systems occurring outside of normal working hours.

Note! Errors and faults in user accounts and workstations do not belong to on-call assistance. They are dealt with your domain's local computer support and within working hours.

Duty hours: Mon - Fri from 5 pm to 9 pm, weekends from 8 am to 4 pm.

You can leave an error report by calling, sending an SMS or via e-mail.
