SDG 4: Quality Education for All, seminar 25 - 26 Oct 2017


Finland is committed to implementing the Global Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the UN General Assembly (2015). One of the goals (SDG4) is quality education for all.

  • Come and tell, listen and participate!

SDG4-JYU2017, an international participatory seminar at the Faculty of Education and Psychology presents our teaching, research, collaboration and partners. The annual UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report will be launched during the seminar. The seminar is open for all JYU students and staff, and everyone interested in global education. Our partners, including schools and NGOs will present their work on global education.  We will offer knowledge, interactive sessions, guest lectures and sharing of experiences.

Sessions from Wednesday: (1) Opening, Launch of the Global Education Monitoring Report, and (2) Examples of Global Responsibility in JYU - are available through Moniviestin! The afternoon session from Thursday, (4) Building Partnerships for Global Education, is also online and session (3) will be made available in near future!
