Lemmetty Soila, Research Coordinator / Tutkimuskoordinaattori

Soila Lemmetty got her masters degree in adult education (JYU, Faculty of Education and Psychology) 2016 and doctoral degree in 2020. In her dissertation, she examined self-directed workplace learning in technology-based work. She has worked in Department of Education as a project researcher, doctoral student as well as university teacher. In addition, she has worked as a coordinator at the Institute of Educational Leadership and the Open University of University of Jyväskylä. At the moment, Soila is working as a research coordinator and researcher in two different research and development projects carried out in the Department of Education and Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics (JSBE).
Soila is a section editor in Finnish Journal of Working Life Studies (Työelämäntutkimus -lehti) and a Junior Member of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI). She has also a membership in the HR and ODC divisions of the Academy of Management. In JSBE she is involved in the ETHOS research group.
