  • ProRead Sokrates project 2006-2009 (as the head of the Finnish component).
  • NeuroDys EU-STREP project -2006-09 (as the responsible leader of the Finnish component). Earlier as a representative of Finnish researchers in several EU-projects.
  • Center for the Promotion of the Literacy in the Sub-Saharan Africa. Funding from the ICI-HEI program providing resources to such Centre owned together by our university and University of Zambia (UNZA) – co-headed with professor Robert Serpell (UNZA)
