The Relevance and Benefits of my Research

Ageing-related challenges in ability to function are increasing due to rapid population ageing. My research focuses on understanding the normal age-related changes in brain function and cognitive functioning (and mood disorders) as well as the effects of physically active lifestyle on these changes.
