Login problems with Mobility-Online?

Instructions for incoming exchange students applying through Mobility-Online
 

Common login issues

  1. Using the wrong link
    Please use the link provided in the email received from the University of Jyväskylä. If you'll "google" Mobility-Online, you might connect to a version where your user account does not exist  as there are many versions of Mobility-Online used by different universities.
  2. The "forgot your password" button.
    Please enter the e-mail address used when you filled in your Mobility-Online application. Do note that irrespective of your entry you will - for security reasons - always receive a success message after prompting for a password reminder.
  3. Please check your SPAM folder.
