Registration

Registration and payments for the Summer School & International Conference on CoDesigns. Envisioning Multi-sited Language Education Policies should be completed via the online registration form. The link to the electronic form is at the bottom of this page. Kindly read the instructions below before beginning registration.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: 15 April 2016
Regular Registration Deadline: 31 May, 2016
Late Registration: from 1 June onwards

For those with a presentation to be included in the programme, the deadline for registration is 30 April 2016.

 

The following payment methods are available

  • Credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard
  • Online banks: Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, Aktia, S-Pankki and Nordea Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • It is also possible to request an invoice (invoicing charge EUR 12 will be added).

Please note that it is not possible to save data in the registration form, and that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you are ready to make your payment immediately upon completion of the registration form (unless you have requested an invoice). 

Receipts for credit card and online bank payments are automatically issued to the email given; receipts for payment against an invoice will be provided upon request only. 

The personal information you provide when you register for an event will be stored securely and used only by the conference secretariat and the hosting organisation in connection with the administration of the event. Your basic information (name, affiliation, e-mail) may be published in the official delegate list. Please contact the conference secretariat should you wish it to be removed, multisited2016@jyu.fi.

 

Conference fees (VAT 0%)

The fee includes:

  • access to all sessions
  • conference materials
  • refreshments during the scheduled breaks
  • Welcome Reception on Monday evening.

The fee does not include:

  • lunches – there are several restaurants and cafeterias on and around the Campus
  • Evening Cruise with Dinner on Tuesday evening – tickets available through the registration form, EUR 45
  • accommodation – further details on accommodation options can be found in the Accommodation section of the conference website.

We have limited funds to sponsor participation by offering a few fee waivers. The free-form applications should be sent to the secretariat at multisited2016@jyu.fi by March 20. Applicants are advised to wait for the notification of the decisions by April 1 before registering for the conference.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. A EUR 30 processing fee will be applied to refund requests made by 20 May 2016. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after 20 May nor will they be given for failure to attend or unattended events. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference under the condition that the appropriate banking information has been provided. Please contact the secretariat at multisited2016@jyu.fi regarding all cancellations.
