17.30-19.00 Welcoming reception (Main Building C, lobby), with welcoming words by Jari Ojala and a performance by Kirsi Heimonen: Curves, turns and falling – research through movement. *The welcoming reception is a cocktail party with drinks and small snacks. Suggestions on restaurants to enjoy a dinner can be found at the registration desk.

12.45–14.15 Lunch break / Possibility to participate in the guided tours in the University museum Soihtu (S-building, 1st floor). Choose between 1st tour 12.45-13.15 or 2nd tour 13.30-14.00.
14.15–15.45 Plenary panel discussion: New Twists in Ethnographic Research (Main Building C, hall C1) *Open session for JYU students and staff.
