The traditional annual celebration of the University of Jyväskylä was held on 7 March. In the event, awards were granted to distinguished researchers and teachers from the University. The awards were donated by the Jyväskylä University Foundation. In addition, the award of Ellen and Artturi Nyyssönen Foundation was also handed in the event. Quests were entertained by Puhkupillit, the wind band of the University of Jyväskylä, and dance group of Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, class of 2013.
