Aurora database has been renewed

The national Aurora database contains information about Finnish funders in sciences and arts and their funding opportunities. Aurora is free of charge and open to all. The database can be found at the same address as before -

The platform and the appearance of the database have been renewed to better serve users searching for funding information. It is now easier to use the database with mobile devices, because the pages are scaled to the device being used. Also the language versions (English, Finnish and Swedish) are more comprehensive than previously. The additional functions for the registered users work as before: users can save funders and funding opportunities as favourites and order email notifications of closing calls and new funding opportunities of their favourite funders. The favourite funding opportunities are now arranged in a chronological order so that it helps the users to timetable their applications. The registration, password renewal and the removal of one’s profile are made as simple as possible.

Aurora database is funded by Universities Finland UNIFI, Arene, the Rectors' Conference of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences, and the Council of Finnish Foundations. Aurora services ar produced by the University of Turku.
