Registry office and archive

The Registry Office processes and registers incoming documents and contracts at the University. It manages an online system that allows users to follow the processing of matters through related documentation.

The Registry Office answers enquiries and requests concerning registered documents and provides access to them. Visitors can peruse public documents at the office. Appointments for such visits should preferably be arranged in advance with the Registry Office staff.

The Archive maintains the University's document archive and is responsible for the collection and filing of the University's permanently stored documents.
