Building on behavioral economics which explain why people do what they do and Issue Arena Theory which explains the logic of corporate communication today this study module looks at the formation of influence online, different stakeholders, advocacy and engagement in the online environment.

After completion of the course the student is able to
- classify the various forms of stakeholder engagement online
- classify the different factors that affect human behavior
- explain how Issue Arenas shape corporate communication online
- plan, implement and analyze digital communication with diverse stakeholders based on theories of engagement and advocacy
- draw insights and develop solutions for communication management in the online environment.
