Registration and fees

Registration and payment for CIDOC Summer School 2015 to be held 8-12 June in Jyväskylä Finland should be completed via online Registration Form.

Registration Deadline is 15 May 2015

Registration has closed.

The payment is to be made through the electronic registration form at the same time when registering. The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit cards: VISA, VISA electron and MasterCard.
  • Online banks: Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, Aktia, S-Pankki and Nordea Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • It is also possible to request an invoice (invoicing charge EUR 12 will be added).

An automatic email message confirming successful registration will be provided. Receipts are automatically issued for all credit card and online bank payments to the email given; receipts for payments against an invoice will be provided upon request only.

 

Registration Fees

  • ICOM Member (member ID required): EUR 450
  • Non-member: EUR 490
  • Trainer / Assistant / LOC: EUR 0

The Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions and teaching
  • Resource materials
  • Lunches
  • Refreshments during the scheduled breaks
  • A selection of extra curricular activities

Not included in the Registration fee:

  • Some of the evening activities and excursions are subject to a nominal fee, more information will be provided closer to the event.
  • Accommodation in Jyväskylä. Further details on accommodation options can be found in the Accommodation folder.

 

Terms of cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Please contact the secretariat  at cidoc-summerschool@jyu.fi regarding all cancellations. If a cancellation is received by 15 May 2015, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee of 75 €. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date, or for failure to attend. Refunds will be processed after the Summer School. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
