If you would like to have your submission published electronically, you may submit an extended abstract or a proceedings article, these being a structured (i.e., with headings) and longer version of your original submission. The extended abstract should be about 1-2 pages long, the proceedings article 4-6 pages, and both can contain figures, tables, equations, and references.

Download the format requirements as a Microsoft Word template here. The same template is used for both the extended abstract and the full article. The template uses 'styles', which should make writing and formatting the article fairly straight-forward. It is easiest if you open the template and start writing your paper by replacing the template text parts. If you have problems using it, don't hesitate and

The deadline for submitting the proceedings paper is May 1st, 2016. It will be submitted via the online submission system with your abstract ID and password.
