Möller Frank

Frank Möller is a Senior Research Fellow at the Tampere Peace Research Institute, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Tampere, Finland, and the co-convenor of the ECPR Standing Group on Politics and the Arts. Möller served as section chair Politics and the Arts at the ECPR General Conferences in Potsdam, Bordeaux, Reykjavik and Glasgow.

Möller’s work in research and teaching focuses on the role and function of visual images in wars, conflicts, and post-conflict situations such as reconciliation and peace processes. His most recent book publication is Visual Peace: Images, Spectatorship and the Politics of Violence, published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2013. Articles on the above subjects appeared for example in Review of International Studies, Alternatives, Security Dialogue, New Political Science and in several edited volumes including Doing Democracy: Activist Art and Cultural Politics, edited by Nancy S. Love and Mark Mattern (Albany: SUNY Press, 2013), Art and Trauma in Africa: Representations of Reconciliation in Film, Art, Music and Literature, edited by Lizelle Bisschoff and Stefanie van de Peer (London and New York: I.B.
