The local computer support helps with problems on the University's computers. Local computer support locations are in Agora, Ohjelmakaari/Y33, Mattilanniemi, Ylistönrinne, Seminaarinmäki and Normaalikoulu.

The on-call assistance receives reports on acute errors and faults in data systems occurring outside of normal working hours.
Note! Errors and faults in user accounts and workstations do not belong to on-call assistance. They are dealt with your domain's local computer support and within working hours.
Duty hours: Mon - Fri from 5 pm to 9 pm, weekends from 8 am to 4 pm.
