Research

  • Why and to whom my research is important
    • I study when wood-inhabiting fungi can be detected, their ecological importance, and the effect of forest management on wood-inhabiting fungal communities. The results can be applied for conservation decisions and threat assessments, considering especially the poorly known fungal species.
