Teaching

  • Molecular Microbiology Laboratory Course (major techniques of the recombinant DNA technology, e.g. DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, cloning, DNA sequencing and DNA sequence analysis)

Research

  • Why and to whom my research is important
    • I am interested in the research related to structural biology and drug designing. My research topic at University of Jyväskylä is "Cancerous PP2A inhibitor proteins - novel perspective for cancer therapy". At present, I am trying to solve the structure of PP2A inhibitor proteins, which are the target for cancer therapy, using NMR spectroscopy technique.
