Research interests in our research group

My (Manu Lahtinen) group focuses on designing and building of structurally fascinating supramolecular and metal-coordinated systems ranging from discrete molecular and ionic assemblies, such like ionic cages/capsules, to multidimensional arrays of metal coordinated polymers (MOFs). The research relies strongly on crystallographic, spectroscopic and thermoanalytical methods as well as covalent synthesis and supramolecular self-assembly.
