General Information about Postdoctoral Fellowships and Visiting Scholarships in the Group

Postdoctoral positions in the group are advertised at the University's website for current vacancies. Postdoctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars who can provide their own funding are, in principle, welcomed at all times. We are always keen to sponsor junior academics and other early-career researchers applying personal research grants from funding agencies like the Academy of Finland (Postdoctoral Researcher's Project and Academy Research Fellowship), the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship) or the European Research Council (ERC Starting Grants). Further details about possible funding opportunities can be obtained from Prof. Heikki M. Tuononen.
