General Information        

A preparative liquid chromatograph system for separation the organic mixtures from the compounds.

Key Specifications    

Auto sampler (SIL-10AP):

  • SIL-10AP can inject volumes from 1 μL up to 5 mL.
  • Can be used for semi-preparative processing as well.
  • Accommodates two 96-well plates. 
  • Number of vials: 100 (1.5 mL), 80 (4 mL), 25 (13 mL)

Solvent delivery pump (LC-8A):

  • Delivers flow rates of 0.1 - 150 mL/min 
  • Combined with: a) the FRC-10A fraction collector for advanced peak collection and b) the SIL-10AP auto
    with prep kit for injections of up to 2.0 mL.
  • When solvent delivery pump is used with the 2nd pump the instrument can be used for binary gradients. 


Photodiode Array Detector (SPD-M20A)

  • Bandwidth, slit width: 1.2 nm (high-resolution mode) and a high-sensitivity mode with an 8 nm slit width.
  • Light source: Deuterium (D2) lamp & Halogen (Tungsten, W) lamp
  • Diode elements: 512
  • Wavelength range: 190 to 800 nm
  • Wavelength accuracy: 1 nm max.
  • Wavelength precision: 0.1 nm max
  • Linearity: 2.0 AU (ASTM standard)
  • Operating temperature range: 4 °C to 35 °C
  • Functions: Contour output, spectrum library, MAX plotting.
  • Buffer memory: Approximately 20 minutes of data in the entire wavelength region (only when using LCsolution).
