The Motor Behaviour Research Unit (MBRU)
of the Department of Sport Sciences develops and produces theoretical and practical knowledge to solve problems of motor behaviour and development, and creates solutions for educational challenges. The aim of the MBRU is to use the knowledge gained through research on the learning and teaching of motor skills to enhance people's lifelong physical activity.

The MBRU acts as a knowledge centre of specialists in the field of motor-skill learning and teaching. It produces innovations and services for education, research and development for companies and civic organizations, thus widening the knowledge base in the field of human motor behaviour.
