Kuvaus / Biography:

In 2011 I graduated as a psychologist (M.A.) from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, specializing in neuropsychology. After graduation I worked for a year as a healthcare center psychologist. I did my PhD in psychology in Academy of Finland funded research project Relational mind in events of change in multiactor therapeutic dialogues (PI Prof. Jaakko Seikkula) at the department of psychology, University of Jyväskylä. The dissertation focused on sympathetic nervous system synchrony between clients and therapists during couple therapy sessions, as measured by electrodermal activity (EDA) and heart rate measures. I became a Doctor of Psychology in 2017.

I have taught in Greece, Germany and Czech Republic, and been an invited speaker in the University of Oxford in Great Britain. Currently I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences, Gerontology Research Center, University of Jyväskylä.
