Welcome to the 17th International Symposium - Biomechanics of Human Movement: Mechanisms and Methods, 21-23.9.2016

The Department of Biology of Physical Activity is proud to announce the 17th International Symposium, which will be held in Jyväskylä on 21-23.9.2016. The symposium will bring together leading scientists from all over the world to present their latest work.

The theme of the symposium is Biomechanics of Human Movement: Mechanisms and Methods. Provisional session titles include: Biomechanics of Human Locomotion, Sports & Technology, Eccentric Exercise, 'Should You Be Stiff or Flexible?', Motor Control and Learning. The program will also include laboratory tours and demonstrations.
