Skills Alongside Studies - The Aino Module

The Aino Module*

The Skills Alongside Studies  -  Aino Module is an extra-curriculum programme, which provides a structure, forum and recognition to

• identify your skills through skills analysis
• develop  them through voluntary work and/or own activities
• present your skills by creating an ePortfolio

During the programme we use peer group support methods and you will make connections to local networks outside the campus through the voluntary working period. The basis of the work is the students own motivation for skills development, also the voluntary working period (80h) is based on students own interests.

The programme is non-credited, so there is no credits available. After having finished the programme, students will be awarded by the Aino Award.

The programme is organized in close co-operation with local third sector associations in the Jyväskylä area.
