The Student Life Steering Group wants express cordial thanks for all the applicants for your interest and effort in developing student life at the University of Jyväskylä. This year we received 10 most inspiring applications totaling 150.000€.

The Steering Group processed the applications in the meeting on March 14. After the careful analysis, the Steering Group is happy to announce the decision. Because of the high level of the research plans, the steering group decided to give four grants, instead of three.

The grants, each 15.000€, goes to the research run by the following applicants:

  • Doctoral Student in Psychotherapy, Ana Belen Gallego, Department of Psychology
  • Senior researcher Johanna Rantanen, Department of Teacher Education
  • Post-doctoral Researcher Mette Ranta, Department of Psychology
  • Senior researcher Terhi Nokkala, Finnish Institute for Educational Research and University Lecturer Johanna Kiili, Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy.

More information will be sent soon to the grantees.

Student Life Steering Group is aware that the grants did not cover all the most interesting and useful research topics and we are most happy to continue co-operating in the future.
