JYU ERC support process for ERC StG and AdG applicants, starting 18.5.2017

 

JYU ERC support process for summer/autumn 2017

JYU has designed a voluntary support process for ERC Grant applicants. The summer/autumn support process 2017 is especially designed for Starting and Advance Grant applicants. Similar process is organised in winter and intended especially for Consolidator Grant applicants.

The summer/autumn support process 2017 includes following services from which researcher can choose the most suitable for him/her:

  • 1 day training on how to write a successful application (7.6.)
  • 3 peer support events (18.5.; 15.6. and 17.8.),
  • possibility to apply one month ERC preparation leave from the Science Council and the department/faculty,
  • possibility to get funding for mentor (1 day) to discuss the application and the content and get comments (funded by the Science Council)
  • possibility to get review of the application from a consultant from the Yellow Research (funded by the Science Council),
  • possibility to get comments for the application from the Research and Innovation Services advisors and their help with filling the administrative documents and answers to questions related to the application process,
  • possibility to get language editing for B1 from the Language Center (funded by the Science Council).
