Esittely

I am a PhD student in physics at the University of Jyväskylä, working in the Multiscale Materials Characterization group. My research focuses on applying machine learning methods to analyze X-ray scattering data, with the aim of understanding the nanostructure of wood and other bio-based materials. I have a background in particle detection experiments, where I worked extensively with simulations, modeling, and high-performance computing. My previous work involved computational and material physics in the context of particle experiments, and my current research continues these interests with a new focus on  bio-based materials. I'm particularly interested in how data-driven approaches can support the study of complex material structures.
