Situated at the intersection of technology, sociology of work and organizational behavior, my research focuses on how technologies such as digital platforms and algorithmic (AI) technologies shape and mediate social relations, organizational practices, and labor markets. I primarily utilize qualitative approaches to understand how to design meaningful and sustainable digital transformation for workers, organizations, and institutions.
I am currently working on the DataDoubles research project (2023-2027), funded by the Research Council of Finland.
