Paavo Räty, M.A.Ed., is a Ph.D. student and project researcher at the Department of Education, University of Jyväskylä. He is actively involved in the TKIEKO project, focusing on identifying and bridging skill gaps. His broader research interests include upskilling and reskilling, particularly within the framework of lifelong learning and its pivotal role in addressing the evolving demands of modern worklife.
Previously, Paavo contributed to the SimO project, which aimed to develop a high-quality ecosystem for both virtual and real-world simulations, and the CS Track project on citizen science. He also initiated a research collaboration on agency studies with the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland and the University of Jyväskylä.
