Esittely
Rehna Sotto is a researcher with a background in educational sciences, educational management, intercultural communication, and team leadership. She has been awarded a scholarship by the Finnish Work Environment Fund (Työsuojelurahasto) that allowed her to present her research on team leadership abroad. She is also a recipient of the METEOR (Methodologies for Teamworking in Eco-outwards Research) Academy research exchange held in Cyprus and a research mobility by the FORTHEM Alliance in Romania.
