Jan Weckström, is a palaeoecologist and a University Researcher at UH/ECRU with extensive experience in past environmental changes, in particular subarctic waters. He is currently also working to develop new methods for monitoring and obligatory monitoring of human impacted aquatic ecosystems.
An overview of research covering topics from past environmental dynamics to human impacted aquatic ecosystems without forgetting the role of bioindicators in Forensic science.
