My research examines the nexus of perception, memory, and emotional processing in individuals with diverse sports backgrounds. Using cross-sectional analyses and meta-analytic approaches, it investigates neural and behavioral evidence to elucidate how exercise is associated with cognitive functions, particularly emotion and face perception.
This work advances our understanding of the cognitive benefits of exercise and provides integrative insights at the intersection of neuroscience and sports science. By bridging these disciplines, my research aims to advance knowledge of how exercise relates to brain health.
