Esittely

I am a doctoral researcher in the Department of Management and Leadership and a member of the Ethos research group, where we focus on organizational ethics, leadership, and human resource management. My doctoral research examines the inclusion of neurodivergent employees in organizations through a cultural lens.

My professional experience in diversity and inclusion, combined with my background in anthropology, inspired me to pursue doctoral work at the intersection of neurodiversity, HRM, and organizational culture. 

I believe that everyone deserves to be recognized and appreciated for who they are, and that each person brings something distinct and worthwhile to collective life. Guided by Taylor’s insights on  recognition and authenticity, I envision organizational cultures where individuals can contribute, be heard, and be valued as their authentic selves—without abandoning the relational and ethical commitments that bind us together. Through my research, I aim to bridge theory and practice and contribute to a more just and equitable working life for all.
