Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in the Department of Management and Leadership and a member of the Ethos research group, where we focus on organizational ethics, leadership, and human resource management. My doctoral research examines the inclusion of neurodivergent employees in organizations through a cultural lens.
My professional experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, combined with my background in anthropology, inspired me to pursue doctoral work at the intersection of neurodiversity, HRM, and organizational culture.
Research interests
My research uses ethnographic methods and a cultural lens to examine the processes and practices of human resource management (HRM) for including neurodivergent employees in businesses. I focus on how recognition, organizational culture, and everyday managerial routines shape neurodivergent employees’ experiences of workplace participation and authenticity.
