- effectively understand how theories are constructed, adapted and applied across learning spaces
- engage in applying sets of practices, perspectives and concepts within differing modalities.

Content

This course will raise the students understanding of the importance of how to apply language and communicate issues across multilingual and multicultural contexts. The course highlights how students’ knowledge occurs not just through text but comes from a variety of modalities. Multiliteracies enable critical thinking, collaboration, and inclusion in learning. The course will highlight how to use a variety of modalities to connect across school subjects.

Assessment criteria

Passing the course requires completion of all required assignments in line with stated learning outcomes. An 80% attendance requirement is applied.
