We are active within international scientific communities, engaging in strong societal dialogue and stakeholder cooperation. EduFutura Jyväskylä is a learning and research competence cluster comprising the University of Jyväskylä, Jamk University of Applied Sciences, and the Jyväskylä Educational Consortium Gradia.
We promote competence and learning in a goal-oriented, research-based manner, focusing on the content, methods and structures at all levels and with a view to continuous learning. We also renew the regional business structure by promoting future-focused competence and fresh, skills-based entrepreneurship.
The Central Finland Health and Wellbeing Ecosystem (KeHO) is a multidisciplinary cluster of expertise and businesses, where wellbeing is promoted holistically through education, research, innovation, health promotion, rehabilitation, physical activity, sport and social wellbeing.

Digivision 2030 is a joint programme involving all Finnish higher education institutions. Its aim is to create a future for learning that benefits these institutions, their learners and society as a whole. Digivision 2030 incorporates many elements that have already been defined in the University of Jyväskylä’s strategic development and curriculum. These include JYU’s goals of cross-study collaboration and specific joint study modules.
Digivision 2030 will provide the University of Jyväskylä with the tools and resources needed to promote these strategic objectives.
