Rauter's presentation: Co-Creating New Business Models: Insights from Forest-based and Repair Sectors
Value co-creation is essential for designing and implementing new, more sustainable business models across various industry contexts. This co-creation involves multiple stakeholders, and the outcomes, in terms of value created, extend beyond economic considerations to include environmental and social sustainability. However, this process remains challenging for several reasons, such as the differing intentions of the stakeholders involved and the lack of established metrics for measurement. In this presentation, insights into ongoing research on co-creating new business models in the forest-based and repair sectors will be provided, including examples of both failures and successes.
