The Open University of the University of Jyväskylä (JYUOpen)

The Open University is an independent institute of the University of Jyväskylä. Studies at JYUOpen are open to everyone and have no entrance requirements. Courses are offered mainly online and developed especially for adult learners.

The Open University offers bachelor-level studies from the faculties of the University of Jyväskylä.

Open Science Centre, OSC

Open Science Centre (OSC) is a coalition of Jyväskylä University Library and University Museum.  Open Science Centre educates the JYU community in information seeking and open science practices. We support research projects in all phases and act as their information management partners.

The Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius acts as a joint institution in Kokkola, carrying out teaching and research under the auspices of the universities of Jyväskylä, Oulu and Vaasa.

The purpose of the University Sercices is to produce services that support the University's operations. 

University Services includes the following administrative branches: Management of University Services, Digital Services, HR Services, Legal and administrative Services, Student and Academic Services, Financial and Facility Services, the Division of Policy and Planning, Research and Innovation Services as well as Communications and Community.
