Welcome to a seminar on “Interaction and communicative processes in 21st century organizations” with renowned international scholars at the University of Jyväskylä or online on Jan 18, 2024, 13.15-16.20. The seminar is arranged by the Research Council of Finland project “Reshaping managerial practices with the help of digital platforms” (Project 322733). In the seminar, we will discuss several timely issues in organizations such as new forms of leadership, digitalization, multimediality, materiality, inclusion, and complex organizational processes.
