Title: Capacity estimates for Fokker-Planck equations
Abstract: In this talk I will present an extension to our previous result regarding the geometric characterization of capacity for the Fokker-Planck equation related to overdamped Langevin dynamics. The extension is that we are able to treat general configuration of saddle points by using certain localization methods and relating the problem to a discrete problem on a graph.
