
The research area examines the interaction of working life in relation to change processes related to digitalisation, organisation and management cultures. Interaction will be analysed from the perspective of practices, processes and structures.
The research contexts include different physical and virtual work environments, using different tools and overlapping with each other.
Research in this research area strongly links to the University’s profiling area Emerging Work in the Digital Era (EWIDE) which focuses on the future of work.
