Students with special needs can apply for a special needs and inclusion grant. Students with fewer opportunities get an additional 250€ per month. You can also get a green travel top-up. Studying in Erasmus+ host university is free of charge. The biggest expenses during an exchange come from accommodation, food and traveling expenses.
Studies abroad during the second year of a Bachelor’s degree programme
If a study abroad period prevents a second-year student of an international Bachelor’s degree programme from completing the required average of 55 ECTS credits of degree studies during their first two years, or the studies completed abroad have not been transferred and registered at the University by 31 July, the student will not receive the tuition fee scholarship for the third year of the Bachelor’s degree programme. This means that the student will need to pay the full (100%) tuition fee for the third year to continue studies.
Studies abroad during the second year of a Master’s degree programme
If a second-year student of an international Master’s degree programme fails to complete a sufficient number of transferable credits or does not receive the transcript of records from the host university in time for the studies to be transferred and registered for the fourth semester at the University (before 31 July), the graduation will be delayed. In this case, the student must pay the full (100%) tuition fee for the fifth semester.
