Converis will be updated to version . Duration of the maintenance break is c. 2 hours. At the same time, Converis servers are renewed. The update includes improvements to e.g. security, performance improvements, input forms functionality, and interfaces.
Other Converis-related development at the JYU in 2024:
- New research activities module has been published
- New automation to help updating personal grant projects
- Follow-up groups are shown publicly by default
- New and updated publications are submitted to VIRTA publication information service (research.fi) on two week intervals
- Extensions to system reports (e.g. researcher's or department's publications can be loaded from the system UI)
- It is now possible to mark continuous learning -related projects when opening the project
- Within project proposals it is now possible to mark discussion on part-time employment relationship alongside an external grant
