Coronavirus vaccination events in Ruusupuisto on Mon 4 Oct and Tue 5 Oct from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. - get your 1st or 2nd vaccine conveniently on campus!
Time and place
Coronavirus vaccines will be given on the 2nd floor of Ruusupuisto (Alvar Aallon katu 9) on Monday 4 October and Tuesday 5 October from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Please note that there will be a break between 11 a.m. to 11.45 a.m.!
For whom?
The vaccination point is open to anyone aged 12 and over, regardless of where they live, and is open without an appointment. We especially encourage JYU students to get vaccinated conveniently on campus!
You can get first or second coronavirus vaccine. You can get the second vaccine after at least six weeks have passed since the first one. 2nd vaccine options are Moderna and BioNTech Comirnaty.
We offer free coffee or tea
Please be prepared to stay for at least 15 minutes after the vaccination. You can have a cup of coffee or tea while you wait or afterwards! The coffee and tea service is free of charge for the vaccinee.
Visit the vaccination point safely
It's safe to go to the vaccination point. Please remember these things:
- Take your passport or ID with you.
- Please wear a mask.
- Take care of hand hygiene.
- Keep a safety distance from others.
- Do not come for the vaccination if you have coronavirus symptoms.
- You can arrive at the vaccination point by car, bike, on foot or by public transport. When using public transport, remember to wear a mask.
