ELNE Journal, Vol 9: Contextualising Stakeholder Perspectives
The ninth edition of the ELNE Journal is now available, reflecting on the third year of the Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE) and looking ahead to its fourth and final project year.
Under the theme “Contextualising Stakeholder Perspectives”, this edition brings together key findings from ELNE’s work on collaborative leadership, including the Research Committee’s Final Report, the Year 3 Policy Recommendations, highlights from the past year and the next steps for the network.
One of the main conclusions from Year 3 is that meaningful collaborative leadership depends on trust, shared responsibility, dialogue, time, resources and supportive structures. While different stakeholder groups bring distinct perspectives, the findings show strong common ground on what is needed to make collaboration a reality in education systems.
ELNE -The Educational Leadership Network Europe is a committed community of education stakeholders working to enhance collaborative school leadership in Europe.
