The National Repository Library’s interlibrary loan fees are based on a policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry's Decree on the fees for services produced by the National Archives of Finland (1299/2025). The fees have also been adjusted in accordance with the recommendations from FUN, Finnish University Libraries’ Network.
You can no longer place orders to the National Repository Library through the JYKDOK database. Interlibrary loans can be requested using the electronic form (login with JYU user account) or by emailing kaukopal@library.jyu.fi.
Billing practices for JYU staff and master’s thesis writers
Open Science Centre will charge departments for interlibrary loans made by staff and master’s thesis writers, provided the department has agreed to this. Orders of the master’s thesis writers that have been agreed upon with the department are placed by the advisor, and these orders are gathered and billed together with staff orders.
