How ecologically responsible is your study day? Respond to the Consumer Habit Questionnaire and win a product from WWF!

With the help of the questionnaire, you can quickly find out the impact of your habits on the environment! At the same time, you’ll get tips on how to make your study day more ecologically responsible. The questionnaire is part of the monitoring of the Green Office certification at the University of Jyväskylä.

The objective of the University of Jyväskylä is to be a carbon-negative and nature-positive organisation. We use the WWF Green Office Consumer Habit Questionnaire to measure the consumer habits of our community members each year. The results obtained from the questionnaire serve as one measure of the university’s ecological responsibility.

The best results in the previous questionnaires were achieved in recycling and sorting. There has also been an increase in environmentally responsible choices in the sector of food, as more students opt for plant-based food for lunch. The results concerning encouragement, however, remained modest. So, let’s encourage each other to environmentally friendly practices in the future! You can start by encouraging your friends to also take the questionnaire.
