The I3-INSHAPE Open Call has officially concluded, and 9 Interregional I3 Collaborative Projects involving innovative SMEs from the EU regions involved have been selected to shape the European sports and vitality landscape. From over 33 submitted proposals, the chosen projects stood out for their potential to scale up thanks to their innovative solutions.

Each selected consortium brings together 2 to 3 SMEs from different EU regions, reinforcing the goal of the I3-INSHAPE to foster cross-border cooperation and interregional innovation. These new I3 Collaborative Projects will receive up to €91,500 in funding and benefit from tailored business support through the Innovation Support Program to launch their service or products in the EU market.

The @sport focus area was the most popular, addressed by 6 out of 9 selected projects. Each one connects SMEs across regions, demonstrating how the I3-INSHAPE project and the European Network of Innovation Hubs enable collaboration, knowledge exchange, and real market impact.
